    – Draft technical specifications and tender documents for the assignment of maintenance services;
    – Oversee HSE aspects and regulatory compliance in operation and maintenance activities;
    – Work closely with the Construction area during the plant handover phase, ensuring proper takeover for operational management;

    – Supervise the processing of data and information required to access incentives, providing documentary support for procedures with relevant authorities;
    – Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality management policies and procedures in all activities carried out.

    Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:

    – Knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable energy generation solutions: for example, LED lighting, building-plant system retrofitting, cogeneration, photovoltaic plants, heat recovery systems, biogas/biomethane production plants, etc.;
    – Understanding of contractual arrangements and commercial terms and conditions;
    – Basic knowledge of investment economic-financial analysis principles.
